Your brain runs on filters. The Reticular Activating System (RAS) decides what enters your awareness, based on what you believe is possible.
• If you think small, your brain notices only safe, predictable options.

That’s why:

Inner Obstacles vs Inner Leverage
High performers rarely fail due to strategy. They fail due to mindset loops:
• Self-Doubt → “Am I really ready for this?”
• Validation Addiction → “Will they approve of me?”
• Perfectionism → “I can’t move until it’s flawless.”
• Burnout Identity → “If I’m not exhausted, I’m not achieving.”

Raghav spent 9 years in a cushy corporate job. By all accounts, he was successful — good salary, stable life, respect from peers. But he felt restless. His dream of starting his own venture kept nagging him, yet fear froze him.
